Q. What types of homes fit the No Show Offer program? A. Generally single family homes built after 1960 between $35,000 – $350,000, although in some instances we are able to make an offer on properties outside of those parameters. Homes must be owner-occupied or vacant, non-distressed, and not bank owned. Homes must be in our service area and not have any issues requiring more than $25,000 in repairs.
Q. How does the No Show Offer process work? A. Once you submit your home for a No Show Offer, we will verify if your home meets the program parameters. Once your home is verified, you will receive a call from one of our representatives to schedule and appointment to view your home and present our No Show Offer. Our offer is free of contingencies, unlike the national iBuyers and big-box brokerages.
Q. Can I still sell my home if it does not meet the program parameters? A. Of course. If your home is submitted to our No Show Offer program and doesn't qualify we'll help you find the perfect real estate agent to sell your home as a traditional listing.
